Four Bells Bid picked up her first license trial win this afternoon at Wolverine Beagle Club when she won the fifteen inch bitch class. Bid is owned by Barry MacRae Of Southern Michigan Beagle Club. She was handled by Danny Williams. There were fourteen hounds entered in the competition.
Bob Russell and Gary Sahara judged all classes of the trial. Both men are from Ohio.
Bid was called back third high hound for second series. The top brace lost their rabbit on a tough intersection and Bid and her bracemate, Old Style Emma, tracked their rabbit flawlessly through cover into a brush pile and were moved to the top for third series. Old Style Emma beat her bracemate during third series and the trial was history.
Four Bells Bid was sired by Field Champion Mon Valley Dakota B and her dam is Grassy Lake Deann.
Second Series 15" Females:
1. Gillum's Courtyard Beauty vs. M-R's Miss Olive.
2. Four Bells Bid vs. Old Style Emma.
3. Oak Opening Mandy vs. Tilley's Happy
Third Series:
1. Old Style Emma vs. Oak Opening Mandy.
The trial ends tomorrow when the thirteen inch female run.
