Catawba had a total of 108 entries for their trial and Brushy Mountain had 102 entries for a total 210 that ran in the left hand enclosure. So as you can see, rabbits were good and many people ran their dogs after the trial and before. There always seems to be someone at the club working or running dogs. They can be proud of their hard work.
There were 31 13" Females the first day and judges Bill Forward and Curtis Griffith called back 10 for 2nd Series as follows:
1st Brace-Sunshine Camille and Logan Run Alison
2nd Brace-Char-Line Miss Gwynn and Sunshine Angel
3rd Brace-Foxline Pinky and Settle Line Logan
4th Brace-Amity Hill Onyx and Sunshine Chasity(D-3)
5th Brace-Terra Haven Givlet and Lettle Line Little Eve
Congratulations Bob and Lynette Coil on new Field Champion Char-Line Miss Gwynn! Gwynn needed 3.25 points for her Field Champion title and put on a great run in first and second series and placed 3rd for her Field Champion title.
Both male classes ran the last day and 20 15" Males were judged by George Fields and John Sharpe. They brought back 8 males for 2nd Series as follows:
1st Brace-Tilley's Keeper and Hunting Camp Charlie
2nd Brace-Char-Line Madd Max and Yellow Sand Max
3rd Brace-Ken's Little Man and Bell Road Piper
4th Brace-Prime Time Brando and Bub's Boomer
When all was said and done Ken's Little Man won the class. Little Man needed 9.25 points to finish and earned his Field Champion title with 4 Wins. Congratulations Ken Jones on new Field Champion Ken's Little Man!
There were 27 13" Males and they were judged by Richard Sluder and Billy Warren. They brought back 8 Males for 2nd Series as follows:

2nd Brace-Pine View Chance and Bear Branch High Dollar
3rd Brace-Blu-Ridge Bon Tem Roulet&Ocean State Harbor Light(D-2)
4th Brace-Hunting Camp Jefferson and Bear Branch Cherokee
When all was said and done, Hunting Camp Jefferson placed 4th for his Field Champion Title. Jefferson needed less than 2 points and had 4 Wins. Congratulations Curtis Griffith and Bill Laney on new Field Champion Hunting Camp Jefferson!
