Yesterday, March 6, Verl Haggard passed away. He was an active member of Loveland Beagle Club and Adams County Beagle Club. The club was important to Verl but his family was number one, followed by the Kentucky Wildcats basketball team. Hopefully the "Cats" will win it all for him in the next few weeks. Verl lost his wife less than a year ago and he went home to be with her.
