Another beagler was lost from our ranks with the passing of Bill Halpin. Bill has been suffering from the disease for the last several years. Bill was 80 years old. He is survived by his wife Rita, five daughters and one son. He was a member of the the Delsea and Maryland Beagles. At the present time funeral arrangements are not available.
