Competition has been tough throughout the 2012 Federations. The three major contenders in the 13" Male futurities was Tanglewood Timmy II, Blu-Ridge Bon Temp Rouler and Surefoot Andy. Once again, the Northeastern settled the Purina Award.
The Northeastern opened with 9 13" Males, Judged by Gary Bushmire and Tim Beck. They brought back 6 males for 2nd Series as follows:
1st Brace-Tanglewood Timmy II and Blu-Ridge Bon Temp Rouler;
2nd Brace-Chandler Hill Red Sky and Ocean State Rock;
3rd Brace-Close Call Code Talker(D-3) and Bun-E-Line Dandy Don(D-2&4)
The males showed their ability and they came back the way they went out.
Tanglewood Timmy II's Federation placements were as follows:
1st at Northeastern and International, 2nd at Mid Dixie and Eastern, 3rd at Southern, 4th at Midwestern and NBQ at Heartland. It is quite an accomplishment to make 2nd Series at all Federations. It shows what a consistant hound he is.
Tanglewood Timmy II is sired by Close Call Colt Forty Five and his Dam is Monk's Creek Mary Frances. I am sure his Breeder, Glenn Matthews is smiling from above at his accomplishments.
Field Champion and Purina Award Winner, Tanglewood Timmy II is now at stud with Melvin Work.
