Jack Mocny called this morning to inform me of Mona Shawmeeker's passing. Mona was born on July 7,1930 and passed away on Jan 25, 2014. For over 40 years, she had been the Fd Trl Secy/Secy of the St Louis Beagle Club, which is an AKC Member Club.
She finished several FC's under her kennel name of "Mona Lisa's High Country." Three of her favorites were Mona Lisa's High Country Jocko, Joe and Star.
She had 1 son and 4 daughters and her husband Everett predeceased her.
