Northwestern opened with 29 13 females and 18 15 females. Travis Cain and Rodney Smith judged the 13 Females and brought back 8 females for 2nd Series as follows:
1st Brace-R and R Mia and Steeler Town Copper
2nd Brace-Nejan Farm Miranda and Lamberts Penelope
3rd Brace-Grass Lake Abby and Gillums Courtyard Lace(D-3)
4th Brace-Harkeys Samie and Tim Tam Tidy
The high brace had a nice run and the 3rd brace moved over the 2nd brace. 3rd Series was Steeler Town Copper and Grass Lake Abby and that was field trial!
R and R Mia had her wins and was looking for a few points. She went out in a blaze of glory and showed what she was made of and finished with 4 Wins when she won Northwestern on July 19th. In fact, to show how solid this female is; in the last 9 days she won 3 field trials and accumulated 88 points. She was runner up for the 2014 Derby Award with 3 Wins and a NBQ. Owners and Breeders, Shawn and Steve Redmon are very proud of their girl and her performances in the federations and license trials. R and R Mia is sired by Bee Lick Braveheart and her dam is R and R Madison.
