Subject: Weight Circle Deadline Extended for CERTAIN Members

It has come to our attention that, due to a data and technology error, some Pro Club members did not receive our communications regarding the weight circle submission deadline. We have identified you as one of those members. We value your membership in Purina Pro Club and sincerely regret this oversight. If you have already submitted all weight circles by July 31, no further action is required at this time — just register for Receipt Submission and start enjoying this easy, fast process.
If you still have weight circles to submit because you were unaware of the deadline, we are extending the deadline for you to submit your weight circles to SEPTEMBER 14, 2018. In order to receive points for any Weight Circles still in your possession you must send them to us postmarked no later than September 14.
This deadline extension is being offered ONLY to those members who did not get notice and who are receiving this email. You MUST use the Weight Circle Submission Form accessible via the link below to send in with your Weight Circles so that we can identify you as a member who qualifies for the extension. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU USE THIS FORM, NOT SOME OTHER VERSION OF THE FORM. Please know that we will be processing weight circles as quickly as we can, but you should allow 6-8 weeks for your weight circles to be processed. Once you have mailed in all your weight circles, you may start the new Receipt Submission process! Receipt Submission is quick and easy, allowing you to receive your points within a couple of days.
