Just a heads up that I will be keeping the "Recent Trials" results up to date again this year if I get a little help from my friends. "Brace Beagling Today" will take the posted information and print it the magazine, saves you postage to mail it to them and gets the results posted immediately.
For those Field Trial Secretaries that are processing more than a couple of license trials a year or are getting tired of filling out all of those forms by hand, I do have something available that can help but you will need a lap top computer that has Microsoft Office and a printer. If you have used Microsoft Excel then you should be able to operate this program that I have available. This program starts off with the license trial application form, it has the measurement sheets, AKC's result forms, and drawing sheets. When you fill-out the application some of that information populates to required cells on other forms where it is required, so you type in the Event Number one time and it is automatically added to the other forms. Ken Straub is the latest to have ordered this program and he has already used it to apply for two license trials and is looking forward to using it at his next trial. The program has a judges library and a hounds library, once that information is put into those libraries, all you need to do is type in the judges name and all of the required information for that judge will populate the required cells. On the draw sheets, from the entry form you type in the AKC Number and if that hound is in your library, all cells will populate and if it isn't, you add the hound to your library and the next time it will populate the cells.
