Catawba started with 19 little bitches under the judgment of Bob Kimber and Roger Nichols. Weather was windy but running was good. Thanks go out to PURINA for feeding the dogs, Ernest Williams and George Hebert in the kitchen, the cart drivers, field marshals, and all that made the trial a success.
Windy and cold weather greated the running of the 15" bitch class which had 24 entries with 8 hounds called back for second series.
Beautiful weather but poor scenting conditions were the order of the day for the final day of running for Catawba which drew 20 big males and 8 little ones for a total entry of 71.
